Booking responsibilities

By booking Hibachi Five Star, you agree to provide accurate guest counts, venue access details, and a safe cooking surface. Final pricing may include agreed upgrades, travel fees, service charges, and applicable tax.

The person making the reservation is responsible for confirming that the property permits the planned service and for sharing gate, parking, access, and venue instructions before the event. Tables, chairs, plates, and other host-provided items should be ready according to the planning information supplied with the booking.

Deposits and confirmation

A deposit may be required to reserve your date. Event confirmation is subject to chef availability and venue suitability for mobile hibachi service.

A date or requested change is not final until it is confirmed through the official booking channel. The written confirmation controls the agreed package, guest count, event time, location, payment schedule, and any approved additions.
