Nothing is charged and the date is not held yet. We text you back, usually the same day.

A booking request is the start of a conversation, not a charge.

We reply the same day

By text and email, usually within hours. If the date is free you get a confirmation with the itemised total and the deposit link. If it is not, we say so and offer the nearest dates we actually have.

Changing your numbers

Guest counts can move up to 72 hours before the date. After that we have already shopped for your party, so you can add people but not remove them.

What is still to be priced

Service charge, optional protein upgrades, and local sales tax are additional. A $1.50/mile distance fee applies to locations more than 50 miles from our base ZIP (32408). The exact charge is confirmed from the event address before booking.
