Deposits reserve chef time and inventory for peak Emerald Coast dates. Cancellation timelines and refund eligibility are confirmed in your booking agreement.

Review that written agreement before requesting a cancellation or date change, because the applicable timing and payment treatment depend on the confirmed reservation. A request is not complete until the booking team acknowledges it through the official contact channel.

Weather and safety

Weather: we cook under covered areas when safe. If conditions make service unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule according to availability.

Hosts should identify a suitable covered backup area before the event and keep access routes clear. Forecasts can change quickly along the Emerald Coast, so contact us when severe weather may affect the property rather than assuming the event is automatically cancelled.
