How booking and setup work
Check the house rules
Ask the host, manager, or HOA where outdoor cooking is permitted. Note gates, parking, stairs, or a long walk from the car.
Lock the menu
Choose Platinum or All-Star. Collect proteins, kids’ plates, allergies, and upgrades.
Clear the outdoor area
Tables, chairs, plates, and a level grill area. We set up, cook, and pack out the cooking zone.
