Everything hosts ask before booking

We bring a professional hibachi grill, premium ingredients, sauces, utensils for cooking, and a theatrical fire show. Every guest typically receives salad, fried rice, grilled vegetables, and two proteins. Setup and cleanup are included so you can host without stress.

Adults start at $60 per person and children ages 5–12 at $30 per person, with a $500 minimum per party and a $200 deposit to secure your date. Optional protein upgrades, service charge, tax, and distance fees (when applicable) are separate.

Provide a flat outdoor or covered surface for the grill (deck, patio, driveway, garage, or pavilion), plus tables, chairs, dinnerware, and seating for your guests. Keep a clear path for equipment. We handle cooking, the show, and cleanup.

Yes — most of our events are at beach houses and vacation rentals along 30A, Destin, Miramar Beach, Panama City Beach, and nearby communities. Confirm any HOA or rental rules about outdoor cooking before booking.

We cook rain or shine when a covered area is available — garage, lanai, tent, or pavilion all work. If weather makes the event unsafe, we will reschedule according to our cancellation policy.

We host intimate dinners and larger celebrations. Typical interactive parties range from small family groups to 20+ guests; larger corporate or wedding groups can be accommodated with advance planning and, when needed, buffet-style service.

Yes. Tell us about allergies, gluten sensitivity, shellfish restrictions, or vegetarian needs when you book. We can offer tofu/veggie options and adjust prep to reduce cross-contact where possible.

Peak weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day — plus holiday weeks on 30A and Destin — often book 4–8 weeks ahead. Weekdays and off-season dates may open sooner. Reserve early for bachelor/bachelorette and wedding weekends.

A $1.50-per-mile distance fee applies to event locations more than 50 miles from our base ZIP, 32408. Submit the complete event address so the booking team can confirm the exact distance charge before booking.

Events have a $500 minimum, not a guest-count minimum. At $60 per adult that is typically about eight or nine paying guests. Smaller groups can still book if the food total meets the minimum. Kids meals are $30 for ages 5–12.

Plan a level hard surface roughly 8 by 8 feet with clear overhead space — a deck, patio, driveway, garage opening, or pavilion. Keep guests, umbrellas, and drapes away from the hot zone. Sand, grass, and unstable pavers are not usable grill pads.

Outdoor cooking rules vary by HOA, condo board, and rental company. Confirm permission with the host or property manager before you pay the deposit, and send gate codes, parking notes, and any quiet hours with your booking. We come to you; we do not override house rules.

Steady wind is easier with a covered patio, lanai, or garage opening that still ventilates. If lightning, tropical weather, or unsafe gusts make the event unsafe, we reschedule under the cancellation policy rather than cooking in the open storm.

We pack out the grill, propane, ingredients, and cooking tools and leave the cooking area tidy. Hosts still provide guest tables, chairs, plates, and drinkware, and handle leftover guest dishes the way they would after any dinner party.
