Information we collect and use

Hibachi Five Star (“we”) collects information you submit through booking and contact forms — such as name, phone, email, event details, and location — to respond to inquiries and provide catering services.

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by operational tools (email, SMS, CRM) solely to fulfill bookings and customer support.

Information you choose to send may also include an event address, guest count, menu or dietary questions, and other planning notes. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed to discuss or manage your event.

Analytics and service providers

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, page usage, and interactions with booking and contact links. Google may process device, browser, approximate location, and interaction data using cookies or similar identifiers. We use this information to improve the website and do not use it to collect form contents or sell personal information. See Google's Privacy Policy.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays. Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies to process device, browser, approximate location, and interaction data. We use these insights to improve usability and the booking journey; we do not use Clarity to collect form contents or sell personal information. Microsoft masks sensitive page content by default.
